Actually-runnable version >.<

The original files I uploaded didn't include the .dll and .so files for the Rust scripts, so it just crashed immediately. Now they are packaged in archives that need decompressed, but as long as the .dll is next to the .exe (or the .so next to the .x86_64 for Linux) in the same folder, they should run.

Still working on adding input configuration options, just looking for basic feedback at the moment. If the mouse sensitivity is too low as I suspect it will be for most of you, (or too high), let me know so I can get a feel for what ranges the slider needs to be.
